Platinum Half Beak

Description

We love the Platinum Half Beak, they are full of character and look prehistoric.

They mainly swim at the water surface, top level swimmers. 

Best to keep 2 per 60L as they are territorial.

They are not fussy eaters and accept a wide variety of commercial and frozen foods.

PH Range 6 – 7.5

Something interesting is that they give birth to live young just like a guppy.

Please keep them in a community aquarium with similar sized fish, the females max out at 7cm

Please acclimate all livestock correctly.

1. Float bag in tank.

2. Open bag and roll bag back on itself so it remains floating.

3. Add half a cup of aquarium water to the bag every 5 mintues.

4. Repeat step 4 times before relasing the livestock.
